California State University, East Bay is not liable for any special or consequential damages, resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials provided by this service. The University does not inspect, recommend, or guarantee off-campus housing sites advertised within this service. Complaints regarding unethical or inappropriate business practices, or incidents of discrimination by any landlord, property manager, or property owner should be reported to the University Housing and Residence Life Office, 1901 Harder Road, Hayward, CA 94542 of call (510) 885-7444.
In using the listing facilities of CSU East Bay Housing and Residence Life, you agree to abide by all public laws and regulations pertaining to the rental of housing accommodations, including not discriminating on the basis of race, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual preference, material status, disability, age, or familial status, i.e. presence of children. You also agree to give equal consideration to students, faculty, staff, and persons not associated with CSU East Bay. Listers of room and board/home stay and shared/roommate wanted type of vacancies may indicate a preference for gender by public law.
